Lateuaterra.org is an online crowdfunding platform specialized in environmental or environmentally friendly projects. Through lateuaterra.org, ecological initiatives are promoted, allowing project creators to obtain financing from third parties through donations or rewards. Acceptance of the terms of use
The purpose of these conditions is to regulate the use of this Website that Grupo R Comunicación makes available to the public at this URL. The use of the Website by a third party attributes the status of User and implies full acceptance by said User of each and every one of the conditions that are incorporated into this Legal Notice. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision will not affect the remaining provisions, which will remain in full force and effect.
Modification of the terms of use.

Registration on the website for minors under 18 years of age is not permitted.
Projects/Confidentiality
Lateuaterra.org allows certain users (Project Creators) to have projects on the Web to seek financing from other users (Financing or Patrons). Lateuaterra.org has a technical committee that evaluates the projects and approves or not their publication, taking into account that they are projects that do not have harmful effects on the environment. Once the projects have been evaluated, in the ideas phase, the user is invited to complete the project file and make it public. The lateuaterra.org technical committee team is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of the proposed ideas, whether they have been approved or not. Once published, Grupo R Comunicación and Lateuterra.org are not responsible for the implementation of the projects.
Lateuaterra.org is not responsible for any damage that may be suffered during the completion of a project. Lateuaterra.org is not obligated to mediate disputes between Project Creators and Funders. Rates and charges. All funding is paid to Project Creators using the PayPal service and through the MangoPay service. Lateuaterra.org does not take part in the commissions charged for these services offered by Paypal and MangoPay (See rates and contracts in the FAQ section). Lateuaterra.org does not guarantee that, occasionally and due to credit card failures, the indicated amounts will not be reached when charging. When using a service that has a commission, the user has the opportunity to review and accept that commission which will be charged according to the commission schedule. All payments will be made in Euros. Grupo R Comunicación will charge a commission for platform management expenses to Project Creators only if their project obtains a value greater than or equal to 100% of the financing. This commission will be: 5% of the funds obtained. (See rates and contracts in the FAQ section). In addition, Grupo R Comunicación will offer project creators an additional communication management service, which will have an additional 10% commission.
This commission will only be effective if a specific communication management contract has previously been signed between the creator of the project and lateuaterra.org. The Funder will not be charged for the amount donated until the project reaches 100% financing, except in cases where the project has already reached said 100%, for which payment will be made immediately. Contributions cannot be canceled once the funds have been committed.
Rewards.
The Project Creator whose project is considered financed in its entirety within Lateuaterra.org, contracts with the Funder, from the moment the amount collected is deposited into the PayPal account or bank account, the obligation to comply with the rewards that are detailed in your project. Fulfilling the rewards under the same conditions as explained in the rewards section of the projects page. Always adjusting to the description you provided.
Intellectual Property. Project creators.
Grupo R Comunicación does not have any intellectual property rights over the projects that are going to be financed through the website. Likewise, Grupo R Comunicación does not have any ownership rights over the Content uploaded by the Creators of the Projects. However, during the financing period the Company is granted the worldwide, non-exclusive right to:
1. Use, transmit, reproduce, encode, copy, display, distribute and otherwise exploit the Content, together with all associated works of copyright or metadata, including, without limitation, photographs, graphics and descriptive text in connection with with the Service.
2. Allow other users to transmit, reproduce, download and view the works.
3. Allow others to use and publish the name, brands, images, personal and biographical materials of the creator of the project and the members of his group, in relation to the provision of the Service.
Once this period has ended, Grupo R Comunicación, through Lateuaterra.org, may use the image of the projects for promotions related to the platform itself.
Intellectual Property. Users.
The Service may provide users with the ability to add, create, upload, submit, distribute or publish Content. This Content may be videos, audio clips, written forum comments, data, text, photographs, software, scripts, graphics, or other information. The User agrees that: He represents, warrants and can demonstrate that (i) he owns or controls all rights to all the content of his User Submissions, or that the content of such User Submissions is in the public domain, (ii) he has full authority to act on behalf of the owners of your User Submissions to use such content as contemplated by these Terms of Use and the grant of the license rights set forth above, (iii) you have permission to use each person’s name and likeness identifiable individual and the individual use of such identification or personal information as contemplated in these Terms of Use.
